A Death Valley BackCountry 4x4 Workshop Itinerary

~Drift Through Death Valley~

a 5 Day Back Country 4x4 Experience through the Most Remote Parts of Death Valley

Mission

Certainly Death Valley isn't a new place and has been photographed for years, but most people never see most of the park. Because most of it takes hours to reach on rough mining roads. This workshop takes you there! On a 4x4 Backcountry experience! We will Convoy through the back roads and valleys of the park to explore untouched, pristine salt pans, massive mud crack playas, vast forests of Joshua Trees, and some of the tallest sand dunes around! 

We are helping attendees source capable and equipped vehicles if they do not own their own. We will be camping the entire workshop. You can camp however you'd like, in a tent, in your truck or suv, your rooftop tent, or just divvy up under the stars, your choice! If you would like help finding a suitable vehicle, please let us know. 

Where: This workshop will be based out of Lonepine, California

When: October 22nd-27th, 2022 (5 nights)

Limited to only 8 Students ( 4:1 Student:Teacher )

Itinerary

Evening Day 1: We will begin this trip on Saturday, October 22nd, at 4pm at our lodging in Lonepine, California. From there we will gather for a briefing, a 4x4 discussion, chat a bit and strategize for the first evenings location, arriving very early to ensure time to travel for varying driving experience levels and to assess the overnight camping situation. Once we have setup camp and situated ourselves for the night we will then set out to capture the sunset and stars. 

Morning Day 2: The Following morning we will rise bright and early for that mornings sunrise. After capturing Sunrise, yours truly will prepare camp breakfast. It is possible we could break camp and move at any time, daily. 

Evening Day 2: Will follow the previous evenings itinerary.

Morning Day 6: The Final Sunrise, following the above Itinerary
