Mushrooms & Macro
Join me for 2 days of forest wandering and focusing on the overlooked and under appreciated small scenes while also foraging for wild-edible mushrooms! The forests surrounding the Columbia river gorge offer the perfect environment for huge varieties of mushrooms and subject matter to photograph! From giant Banana slugs and rough skinned newts to numerous colorful and interesting fungus.
Learn to:
compose small scenes with macro lenses
Incorporate light panels and diffusers
Create Dynamic macro scenes and atmosphere
Forage and identify Edible Mushrooms
Designed as a convenient add on/extension to the Autumn Falls workshop however it is open to the public. Whoever would like to attend, can. Limited to just 5 pots.
Edible Mushroom varieties include King Bolete's, Chanterelles, Hedgehog, Matsuke, Lobsters and more!
2 Nights of single occupancy Lodging are included. Transportation and meals are not.
Also included is a Post workshop Post processing Session via Zoom
