An Alpine Wildflower Timelapse and landscape Photography BackCountry 4x4 Workshop  Itinerary

~Petals & Peaks~

A 4 Day 4x4 Adventure in the Alpine Valleys of the San Juan Mountains of Southwestern Colorado

Mission & Agenda

Growing up in the NorthEast I never really understood what mountains really were. It wasn't until my first trip to this region of Colorado for Autumn color in 2016 that I was truly introduced to mountains. And let me tell you, the Wildflowers are every bit as good as the fall color! From lakes as blue as Kool-Aid, to jagged peaks all harmonized with meadows of stunning wildflowers! And if we are so fortunate, the summer monsoons will be right on time. bringing with them the ominous and dramatic clouds, Light beams, rainbows and sheets of rain. At 11,000 feet of elevation and higher, the views are endless, and we will be able to get the highest alpine valleys on this 4x4 experience! We are helping attendees source capable and equipped vehicles if they do not own their own. We will be camping the entire workshop. You can camp however you'd like, in a tent, in your truck or suv, your rooftop tent, or just bivvy up under the stars, your choice! If you would like help finding a suitable vehicle, please let us know.
